The CEO of JMA Group, who is also President, handle the Group’s day-to-day management and to lead the Executive Management Team (EMT).

The EMT’s role is to assist the CEO in the operation of JMA Group’s business. The CEO will retain responsibility for the actions of the boards of the EMT.

The success of our governance model depends on continuous communication between the board of directors, company management, and shareholders. Important issues are brought to the attention of shareholders, and important decisions are submitted to shareholders for voting.

Under the principle of maximizing shareholder interests, we equally value management and employees, providing appropriate incentive measures to align management behavior, employee focus, and shareholder goals.

Our performance management methods clearly inform the management team of the goals set by the company. The team innovates and improves towards the company's goals within their respective areas, and regards work plans and execution as their KPIs. In recent years, this approach has been extended to the employee level. The management team is transparent in improving the management and personal abilities of employees at different levels. This method allows the company to make timely judgments on the contributions of personnel at different levels, and share results and rewards with management and employees based on a baseline.

Our rank management method provides employees with a clear direction for personal development. To encourage employees to actively improve their personal abilities and skills, the company has established compensation and benefits system, treating the personal achievements of employees at each level with a fair attitude.

The Code of Conduct positions JMA for long-term growth and unites all JMA employees in different regions as a team. Our COC reflects JMA’s culture and way of doing business in a responsible manner, emphasizing our values and commitments in addition to focusing on the requirements stipulated in company policies. In addition, the principles stated in various policies have been further implemented and elaborated in their relevant directives and guidelines.

The Code of Conduct is our guide, answering questions and providing direction when the right choice may not be clear.

JMA has always been committed to maintain the highest ethical standards and is honest and pragmatic with third parties.  Corruption of any kind undermines JMA’s commitment to integrity and will not be tolerated.  We have Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, training, reporting and complaint mechanism to monitor and guide our employees on what is the right way.  Our employees understand and appreciate the importance of this Policy, and comply with it in their daily work. 

We take our customers and employees data and privacy seriously

JMA understands the essential of privacy and data protection.   We have policies to protect and secure all data used, monitored, managed and stored in JMA, included our human resources system data, data residing in equipment, remote servers and email accounts. They cover all data stored by core infrastructure, including on-premise storage equipment, offsite locations and cloud services, and ensure the security and integrity of all, both data-at-rest and data-in transit. 

It is part of our employee handbook.  It is a mandatory course for employees.

As digital transformation accelerates, so does the need for stronger cybersecurity measures.  Our IT team works closely with professional partners and has integrated solutions, technologies, processes and control measures to prevent cyber attacks, unauthorized access, detect and respond to cyberattacks.  Our comprehensive security solution can effectively protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our computer systems, networks, programs, emails, devices, and data.
