On December 11, the Awards Ceremony of 2018 Hong Kong Awards for Industries was held in Hong Kong Science Park. Rely on its Smart Surface Finishing Factory and Smart Buffing System, JMA win 2018“Smart Productivity” Award。

The “Smart Productivity” Award category of the Hong Kong Awards for Industries aims to recognizing the achievements of local organizations in their continuous efforts to attain high-value productivity, and is highly appraised by society.
In our Smart Surface Finishing Factory, advanced injection molding machine is equipped with one or two six-axis robots, smart electroplating production line is running automatically, these machines work simultaneously and synchronously with the conveying system, including conveyor belt and automatic guided vehicle, help to increased the production capacity, reduced the defective rate, manpower and power consumption.
Smart Buffing System introduced industry robot to replace the traditional manpower polishing, greatly reduce labor costs and improve product quality. Both these effectively enhanced company’s productivity level.
Continuous innovation is our pursuit, this award affirms the company’s efforts in past years.
